Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on the InnoDI platform, submitting an application, or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
InnoDI reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via your student dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect.
2. About InnoDI
InnoDI (Institut d'Innovation et de la Transformation Digitale) is an online higher education institution based in Morocco, offering mastery-based MSc degree programs across five departments. InnoDI operates under Moroccan education law and seeks accreditation from ANEAQ (Agence Nationale d'Évaluation et d'Assurance Qualité).
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must hold a recognized Bachelor's degree (Licence/Baccalauréat+3) or equivalent to apply for MSc programs.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information in your application and profile.
- InnoDI reserves the right to verify academic credentials and revoke admission if falsification is discovered.
4. Accounts & Authentication
InnoDI uses Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access your Google profile name, email, and photo.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the platform under your identity.
- InnoDI is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google credentials.
5. Academic Policies
5.1 Mastery-Based Learning
InnoDI operates on a mastery model: students must demonstrate 100% competency on all assessments to progress. There is no partial credit. Failed assessments may be retried without penalty.
5.2 ECTS Credit System
Course credits follow the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). 1 ECTS = 28 hours of total student workload (instruction + self-study + assessment). ECTS credits are awarded only upon achieving full mastery (100% quiz score) for a given module.
5.3 Academic Integrity
You agree to:
- Complete all assessments independently unless explicitly designated as collaborative.
- Not share quiz answers, assignment solutions, or course materials with unauthorized parties.
- Properly attribute AI assistance. InnoDI encourages AI use as a learning accelerator, but you must understand the material — AI cannot substitute for mastery.
- Not attempt to manipulate the grading system, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or falsify academic records.
Violations may result in grade annulment, suspension, or expulsion.
5.4 Grade Records
All quiz attempts are recorded in an immutable audit trail. Grade records cannot be modified or deleted. This ensures academic integrity and accreditation compliance.
5.5 Academic Documents
InnoDI issues digitally verified academic documents (transcripts, enrollment letters, completion certificates). Each document contains a unique verification hash. Document metadata is publicly queryable to enable third-party verification.
6. Fees & Payments
6.1 Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of 1,000 MAD is required to submit an MSc application. This covers administrative processing costs.
6.2 Tuition
Tuition fees vary by program and are published on the program pages. Fees are payable per semester.
6.3 Free Course
The "Architect's Foundation" free course is available at no cost. No payment or enrollment commitment is required.
6.4 Refund Policy
- Application fee: Non-refundable.
- Tuition: Full refund if withdrawal is requested within 14 days of semester start and no more than 2 course sections have been completed. 50% refund within 30 days. No refund after 30 days.
6.5 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. InnoDI does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
7. Intellectual Property
- All course content, materials, quizzes, and platform design are the intellectual property of InnoDI.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize course materials without written permission.
- Work you create as part of assignments (portfolios, projects) remains your intellectual property.
- By submitting work to InnoDI (e.g., portfolio URLs, reflective journals), you grant InnoDI a non-exclusive license to use it for academic evaluation and platform showcase purposes.
8. Platform Availability
InnoDI strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (communicated 48 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions)
- Third-party service disruptions (Google Firebase, payment providers)
InnoDI is not liable for academic consequences resulting from platform downtime.
9. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting innodi@sounny.com. Academic grade records will be retained per accreditation requirements.
- By InnoDI: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, academic dishonesty, non-payment, or illegal activity.

- InnoDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student in the preceding 12 months.
